How do I tell you I love your art without getting scared??

by realizing that I am truly just a huge nerd who makes weird noises and tries to hide his face when given a compliment despite no one being able to see him through the screen.

Have some quick sketches.
Piece for Lo’s blog that ended up getting cut down quite a bit. Still, I rather like it.

Well, here is this prick’s character artwork. I left the nightshade blossoms out of his hair this time around. Maybe next time I draw him I’ll put them in. They’re still a large part of his character.

I wanted to fully colour this, but I can never seem to shade anything to my liking. So here she is with flats and a tiny bit of definition on the face.

Colour/shading is something I constantly have issues with, but I am pretty proud of this line style. I started working on figuring it out with the Flight Rising art, gave up, and have finally managed to pin down a way to do it. It still needs a little tweaking, but I’ll figure it out as I go.

ADFLKJLSKDGFSH WHAT. I am so humbled. I absolutely ADORE this piece! The style of the magic is to die for. Well, everything about this is to die for but I really, really love the magic XD

Also can I say how angry I am because I could have sworn I was following charcoalcrows. When I saw you reblog your Silencer on tea-fiend I couldn’t understand why it hadn’t been on my dash before. So either I stupidly didn’t follow in the first place or tumblr magically made me unfollow. I am sorry -_-

Tumblr seems to be doing that quite a bit lately, the random unfollowing of blogs. Perhaps some of their codes aren’t playing nice with each other as they add new features, who knows.

A moment of appreciation for Norma’s hair.
